Previously to accept American Express or JCB cards as a payment method you would need to apply for a separate account with American Express to obtain an American Express merchant ID and then notify your payment gateway or EFTPOS network provider to enable the payment method. Now this can all be done through Windcave with no additional application process as part of the unified approach to merchant services.
